Once the application is reviewed and approved, patrons will receive a specialized shipping label along with comprehensive instructions detailing how and where to dispatch the parcel. Packages sent back without prior authorization or official communication will be declined automatically.

Upon arrival at our facility, returned merchandise undergoes a thorough inspection. If the items meet all qualifying criteria, the approved reimbursement will be processed and credited back to the original payment instrument within ten business days. Please note that individual financial institutions and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the funds officially reflect in the account.

For deliveries originating within the European Union, a statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period applies, granting buyers the absolute right to cancel transactions or send back merchandise within two weeks without needing to provide any justification. Just like standard requests, these items must satisfy all condition requirements regarding tags and original packaging.
